ඔයා හරියට කරලා, අනිත් අයගෙ job easy කරන්නත් උදව් කරන එක.

✅ 5. Blame games වලට එපා – calm silence + helpful fix
Team එකේ ගැටලුවක් වුනොත්, “එයාගෙන් වුනා, මට කිව්වේ නෑ” කියනවට වඩා, calm way එකෙන්
“අපි මෙහෙම try කරමු”
“දැන් ඉදිරියට plan එකක් දාමු”
